Explaination
If you know me already, you probably already know I enjoy creating alternate universe versions of other people's fictional characters that deviate greatly from the 'canon'. This is another one of those projects, but it's one that I enjoy a lot.

Exorcising the Demons is a sort of fan project centered around a personal alternate universe version of a DC Comics character, Jonathan Crane aka the Scarecrow. This particular alternate universe premise is What if the Scarecrow was really female?.

Somehow out of this premise came Johanna Crane, a outspoken, boyish looking horror writer formerly known as the Scarecrow. I'm still not quite sure how she occurred but I think it had something to do with an observation that my fanfic version of Jonathan Crane should've been an author since he was good with words.

This particular website is meant to be a sort of play on official author websites as well as passing on writing "written" by Johanna Crane. Some of the writing will be fanfiction of sorts and the rest will be original works that I may pull off the website if they are to be used elsewhere.
